CONCORSO NAZIONALE PER UN NUOVO PLESSO SCOLASTICO A FRANCAVILLA AL MARE (CH)

 

II nuovo plesso scolastico prevede la massima fruibilità del complesso anche in orari extrascolastici prevedendo due scuole con struttura e funzionamento completamente indipendente e autonomo, che si aprono su un corpo centrale che distribuisce i servizi complementari.

Le scuole sono pensate  per sfruttare le migliori condizioni di esposizione presenti che insieme alle speciali tecnologie impiantistiche e costruttive permettono di ottenere un consistente risparmio energetico.

Un crinale all’interno dell’area di progetto è il sedime individuato come ottimale per svolgere la doppia visuale Mare/monte, e Iasciare la disponibilità della restante area per altre eventuali espansioni scolastico/sportive.

The school complex has been located on the ridge, to exploit sea and mountain with an optimum exposure; the plain is so free for possible next school enlargements or sport facilities.

The two wings are independent for structure and function, but are connected by the central core, used also for non educational uses.

The exposure conditions, the plants, the insulation and the choosen materials let achieve a considerable energy saving.
